For insurance business we arrange policies exclusively from Legal & General.
Not all buy to let mortgages are regulated by the FSA.
Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.

We normally charge no fee for mortgage advice. Depending on your circumstances we may charge a fee of up to 1.5% of the mortgage amount.
