Meet The Team
The processing and monitoring of your application is carried out at our offices in St Neots.
 
Administration Team The Office and Compliance Manager is Joanne Taylor and she is supported by Laura Thurbon, Amelia Lee, Jackie Turner and Chloe Childerley.

Whilst the administration team do not make recommendations they are trained to a high level and most have completed their full Mortgage Certificate in Advice and Practice.

The Administration office is open Monday to Thursday 9am - 5.30pm and Friday 9am - 5pm

Barry joined in December 2009 he brought with him experience from the mortgage and insurance industry. Barry is based in the St Neots office, his friendly approach puts clients at ease from the outset. He takes the time to understand his client's individual needs for both mortgages and supported insurance products. As a family man with children, Barry understands the ever-changing financial needs of a growing family and is able to offer supportive advice not just for mortgage deals today - but also to help clients plan for the future. Janet Margetts, Financial Advisor Janet joined the team in Oct 2011 working in her home town of Lymington after working in the banking sector for more than 20 years, Janet has the flexibility to come to you to discuss your financial requirements. As a mother of two Janet understands the needs of a family and is able to offer advice not only for mortgages but also to help protect what is most important to you and help you plan for the future.

For insurance business we arrange policies exclusively through Legal & General.

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.

We normally charge no fee for mortgage advice.
Depending on your circumstances we may charge a fee of up to 1.5% of the mortgage amount.
